Manufacturing MSMEs often operate under resource constraints, fragmented systems, and heavy reliance on human expertise. Valuable knowledge whether it be sensor data, production logs, expert rules, or process flow information is usually dispersed and undocumented, making it difficult to holistically analyse problems. Specifically, MSMEs face challenges in quickly identifying and resolving issues such as non conformance, machine downtime, and supply disruptions. There is a clear need for a flexible, easy-to-use platform that integrates various forms of knowledge and data without requiring significant technical investment. Such a domain-agnostic platform would enable MSMEs to apply advanced problem-solving techniques while staying within their operational and budgetary limits.
