Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are crucial to India’s economy, contributing 45% of industrial production and 7.09% to GDP. However, they face significant safety challenges. Limited access to advanced safety technologies, structured systems, and proper training increases the risk of accidents, especially when handling hazardous materials. Despite the availability of resources, accidents persist due to gaps in foundational safety knowledge and challenges in applying safety principles. To address these issues, this project develops simplified, technology-driven safety solutions tailored for different stakeholders. Available in multiple languages, these tools provide accessible safety information, practical measures, and training to improve safety practices across the sector.
